Retreat Guides
Every retreat is different, but you can always expect to spend time in scripture, reflecting on some questions, and time for rest between. We want you to take the time at your own pace, whether your retreat is 4 or 8 or 24 hours. Many also include poems, songs, prayers, and writings from faithful women and men of the past. May they be a blessing to you.

About the authors
The Spiritual Formation team has a national team, as well as about 35-50 practitioners serving in regions throughout the country. Some of us are generalists, some are specialists (like spiritual directors or pilgrimage leaders), many serve in staff director roles— but all of us are focused on formation. We help mostly staff, but also students, tend to their souls and the Lord’s presence there. We believe that who we are becoming in Christ shapes the work that we do.
