What is LeadXperience?

LeadXperience (formerly World Changers Cohort) is Urbana 25’s transformational leadership program, designed to develop student leaders who will return to campus equipped to grow small groups and deepen their ministry impact.

This program strategically aligns staff and student experiences—giving you, as campus ministry staff, a vital role in coaching, prayer ministry, and discernment appointments alongside your student leaders.

Your Role: LeadXperience is your opportunity to develop student leaders while sharpening your own ministry skills. Start identifying the students you want to invite!

Why LeadXperience Matters for Your Ministry

LeadXperience accelerates your ministry and provides direct benefits for your campus:

  • Develop New Leaders: Identify and equip emerging leaders who can shepherd small groups.
  • Strengthen Your Chapter: Students return to campus trained, confident, and ready to take an active role in the community.
  • Sharpen Your Skills: Expand your coaching role to include Bible study training, prayer ministry, and discernment/discipleship appointments.
  • Build Momentum: Students experience real ministry at Urbana, giving them vision and confidence to continue leading back home.

Hear what students said about their experience at Urbana 22:

  • “This training made me feel supported and empowered.” – Zoie, Daytona State College
  • “It’s crazy that a conference this large makes me feel so seen.” – Amire, University of Illinois

Your Role as Staff in LeadXperience

Serving as a LeadXperience staff coach at Urbana 25 is a unique opportunity to disciple emerging leaders, grow in spiritual leadership, and invest in your chapter’s future—all while helping shape a transformative Urbana experience.

As a LeadXperience staff coach, you will:

  1. Coach Student Leaders – Support three student leaders as they lead small groups in Scripture study and response throughout the conference.
  2. Facilitate Prayer & Discipleship – Host 10 coaching or prayer sessions to help students discern their next steps in mission and faith.
  3. Receive Training & Support – To help you thrive in this role, you’ll complete a required Ministry Playbook course and attend a virtual training in November just before Urbana. These trainings will equip you in discernment coaching, Bible study facilitation, and prayer ministry—and are designed to strengthen your ministry long after Urbana.

This integrated model allows you to disciple emerging leaders while building momentum for your chapter’s growth.
